/TASS/. Nina Doroshina, a big name actress famous thanks to a role in the
Soviet ‘Love and Pigeons’ movie, has passed away following a cardiac arrest,
Moscow’s Sovremennik Theater said in a statement on Saturday.
"Today, Nina M.
Doroshina passed away at the age of 84. She died at home overnight into April
21 following a cardiac arrest," the statement said.
The day and time of
visitation will be announced later.
"Nina M. can be
justly called a prominent actress," who become "a truly national
heroic figure after the ‘Love and Pigeons’ movie came out," Sovremennik
said.
