The top diplomats of
Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine were expected to hold a meeting on the
situation on Donbass on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference in
February.

Talks on the next meeting of the foreign ministers of the Normandy Quartet
member states (Russia, Germany, France, Ukraine) are underway but its date has
not been set yet, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin told
reporters on Thursday.
"No timeframe
has been established so far," the senior Russian diplomat said in response
to a question about the prospects for a foreign ministers’ meeting. "Talks
about such a meeting are underway but there is no date yet," he added.
The top diplomats of

situation on Donbass on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference in
February. However, no such meeting took place.
