/TASS/. Russia’s air defense jets flew ten sorties in one week to intercept spy
aircraft near Russian borders, the Defense Ministry’s daily Krasnaya Zvezda
said on Friday.
"Seventeen
aircraft were conducting air reconnaissance along Russia’s borders. Air defense
planes on duty flew ten sorties to intercept and escort them. There were no
violations of Russia’s airspace," the daily said.
