MOSCOW, March 19. /TASS/. One of the flight recorders of
the plane that crashed on Saturday morning in Russia's southern Rostov-on-Don
has been found, spokesman for the Russian Investigative Commitee Vladimir
Markin has confirmed.
"By now, one recorder was found - the speech
recorder. Investigators and experts are studying its conditions. Searches for
the other recorder are under way," he said.
The Investigative Committee is also contacting
representatives of the FlyDubai Company for probe into the Boeing crash in
southern Russia's Rostov-on-Don.
"The investigators are establishing contacts with
FlyDubai, and their representatives soon will arrive in Rostov-on-Don,"
Markin said.
The investigators "are studying documents and
actions of the airport's services," he added.
It was earlier reported that investigators have two
possible versians of what caused the plane crash. According to them, the
plane could have crashed due to a piloting error due to bad weather conditions
or a technical disorder.
On Saturday morning, at 3:42 Moscow time, FlyDubai’s
Boeing 737-800 crashed at the airport in Russia’s southern Rostov-on-Don during
the second circle on landing in complicated weather conditions (strong side
wind and rain). The plane was serving a flight from Dubai. It was carrying
62 people. The preliminary information is that nobody survived the crash.
Russia's president and prime minister have offered their condolences to the
families of the victims.
