Russia does not rule out it will
prepare another edition of the White Book about crime in Ukraine
MOSCOW,
January 18. /TASS/. Moscow does not rule out it will prepare another edition of
the White Book about crime in Ukraine, if Kiev does not stop the gross
violations in the south-eastern regions, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s special
envoy for human rights, democracy and supremacy of law Konstantin Dolgov said
on Sunday.
“We are following the situation, and if the gross violations continue, and as yet they do continue, including those connected with shelling Donetsk and other towns, regions, if the critical mass is growing this way, we do not rule out we may prepare another edition,” the diplomat said.
Dolgov’s comment followed a saturation fire at the Donetsk airport and neighbouring districts of the city. The Ukrainian Council for National Security and Defence confirmed beginning of the mission at the Donetsk airport.
