The Russian Foreign ministry spokeswoman wonders how
exactly does Moscow’s "nervousness" determine the efficiency of
Ukrainian weaponry.
MOSCOW, December 6. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Ministry's official spokesperson Maria Zakharova has commended on Ukraine’s missile firing exercise around Crimea and the return of Maxim submachine gun of the 1910’s modification to the tables of equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Her note on the situation in Facebook contained a quote from a media report, which said. "President Pyotr Poroshenko of Ukraine that the missile firing exercise in the vicinity of Crimea had proved efficiency of Ukrainian weaponry systems. ‘Moscow got nervous a little bit and this means we did everything properly,’ he said."
"Moscow’s nervousness determines the efficiency of
Ukrainian weaponry, doesn’t it?" Zakharova wrote. "Not the Maxim gun,
which the Ukrainian Defense Ministry approved as of today for combat use in the
zone of the armed operation in the country’s east."
"Kiev has been doing just everything properly and
correctly for quite some time - it can’t even hide facts away anymore,"
she wrote.
